Introduction


These Terms of Use govern your use of the TypeGradient app, TypeCutOut app, TypeExtrude app, and any other Canva app developed by © Pixel Tinkers (referred to as "the Apps").


By accessing and using the Apps, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.


Please read them carefully before using the Apps.

Acceptance of Terms


By using the TypeGradient app, TypeCutout app, or any other app developed by PixelTinkers, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your use of the Apps is voluntary, and there is no client-provider relationship or any financial obligations between you and PixelTinkers.

  • The use of TypeGradient, TypeCutout, and any other Canva app developed by Pixel Tinkers is free for any Canva user, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights


All intellectual property rights related to the Apps and their content are owned by Pixel Tinkers.


The use of the Apps does not grant you any rights to use the Apps or Pixel Tinkers trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials.


Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.


Additionally, any assets created by users through the use of the Apps will be considered the intellectual property of the respective user unless the Canva Terms of Use state otherwise. Please refer to Canva's Terms of Use for further information regarding user-created content ownership.


By using the Apps, you acknowledge and agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Pixel Tinkers and other users of the Apps.



Limitations of Liability


While we strive to provide a seamless experience, please note that:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website or within the Apps. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the Apps. However, we cannot guarantee that all notifications regarding product improvements will be delivered.
