These Terms of Use govern your use of the TypeGradient app, TypeCutOut app, TypeExtrude app, TypeLettering app, TypeStudio app, TypeCraft app, Vectorify app, Video FX Studio app, Figma to Canva app, and any other application developed by © Pixel Tinkers (referred to as "the Apps").

By accessing and using the Apps, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Apps.

By using any app developed by Pixel Tinkers, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of the Apps is voluntary, and there is no client-provider relationship or any financial obligations between you and Pixel Tinkers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The use of the Apps is free for any user, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement, unless a specific App indicates otherwise.

Certain Apps may require you to sign in using a third-party authentication provider (currently Google Sign-In) before you can access their features. By signing in you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate information during the sign-in process and will not impersonate another person or entity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account associated with your authentication provider. Pixel Tinkers does not store your password at any time.
• You consent to the collection and storage of the limited personal information described in our Privacy Policy (such as your email address, display name, and profile photo) for the purposes of operating the Apps.
• We may suspend or terminate access to your account if we detect misuse, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect, how it is used, and the measures we take to protect it. By using the Apps, you consent to the practices described therein.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at products@pixeltinkers.io.

All intellectual property rights related to the Apps and their content are owned by Pixel Tinkers. The use of the Apps does not grant you any rights to use Pixel Tinkers trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Any assets created by users through the use of the Apps will be considered the intellectual property of the respective user unless the platform's Terms of Use (e.g., Canva's Terms of Use) state otherwise.

By using the Apps, you acknowledge and agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Pixel Tinkers and other users.

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, please note that:

• We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any App at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website or within the Apps. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
