Figma to Canva

Export your Figma designs to Canva — with as much editability as possible.

Figma to Canva is a design transfer tool by Pixel Tinkers. It connects a Figma plugin and a Canva companion app so you can move frames, slides, and content from Figma into Canva without rebuilding your design from scratch.

What Figma to Canva does

Figma to Canva helps designers and teams move work from Figma to Canva while preserving layout, typography, shapes, and images wherever the platforms allow.

Export up to 20 frames

Export up to 20 frames or slides per session from Figma or Figma Slides.

Editable elements

Import designs into Canva as editable elements when supported — text, shapes, images, and groups.

Auto-rasterize complex layers

Automatically rasterize gradients, effects, and blend modes so nothing is lost visually.

Linked sessions

Link your Figma and Canva sessions so exports are available only to you.

24-hour cloud storage

Temporary cloud storage so you can import on another device within 24 hours.

Figma to Canva is intended for creative professionals, marketing teams, and anyone who uses both Figma and Canva and wants to continue editing their work in Canva.

Why Figma to Canva uses Google Sign-In

Figma to Canva uses Google Sign-In in the Figma plugin so we can:

  • Identify your account securely across the Figma plugin and Canva companion app
  • Associate your exports with you so only you can access your transferred designs
  • Personalize your experience with your name and profile photo inside the app
  • Provide support when you contact us about your account or exports

When you choose Sign in with Google, we request the following OAuth scopes:

ScopePurpose
openidVerify your identity through Google's authentication service

What we access from Google

  • • Your email address (when provided by Google)
  • • Your display name and profile photo

What we do NOT access

  • • We do not read your Gmail, Google Drive, or Calendar
  • • We do not access Figma files through Google
  • • We never see or store your Google password

Google Sign-In is handled by Google's OAuth service. We receive only the profile information you authorize. Authentication tokens are stored securely on our backend to keep you signed in and to protect access to your exports.

For full details on data collection, retention, and deletion, see our Privacy Policy.

Your design data
